Jay was born and raised in Norwalk. A graduate of Brian McMahon High School.
Jay moved to Redding in 1989 where he was a volunteer firefighter for Redding Ridge Fire Company #1 having obtained several certifications and reaching the rank of First Lieutenant.
He also volunteered at the Redding Senior Center and ran technology classes teaching the local seniors how to use computers before returning to Norwalk.
Jay has owned his own Information Technology business since 1988 having helped dozens and dozens of small businesses in the Fairfield County area.
He is passionate about his Norwalk community and moved back to Norwalk for it’s diversity and beautiful coastal skyline. Jay wants to make a difference. He attends city government meetings and is paying attention when it comes to upzoning with the most recent proposed zoning changes. He believes in balanced government and wants to ensure Norwalk has balance. One Party Rule, simply is not working for our community. We can do better and Jay wants to be a voice for the residents.
