Ray Cooke is a local business owner and has been elected as Constable for many years here in Norwalk. He continues to serve Norwalk with Cooke Process Services as Constable. He is a sales and marketing guru and partner in Cooke Realty. Ray is involved with many different community organizations here in Norwalk such as American Legion, Norwalk Seaport Association and Fraternal Order of Eagles #88. Ray and his wife Louann have been active with supporting many different volunteer efforts with the Exchange Club and Veterans. Ray and Luann have grown children and enjoy beach concerts and boating when not working hard with their businesses.
